After designing my Hooded rats pattern, I just had to make a pizza slice so the rat (and its sibling from the Fancy rats pattern) could pose for a recreation of the pizza rat meme.
Of course, if not stolen by rats, it works perfectly on its own as toy pizza!

Size
About 15cm/6” if it is made with DK yarn

Tools and materials:
~ yarn in cream, red, yellow, beige and green
~ crochet hook that gives you a tight, no-gaps fabric
~ stitch marker, scissors, yarn needle
~ optional: red thread - size 8 pearl cotton embroidery thread, or size 20 crochet thread (to hold together with the yellow yarn for a marled look without gauge change)
~ optional: craft foam sheet or cardboard (to stiffen the slice)
~ optional: sewing needle and thread, or an embroidery needle to use with the red crochet/embroidery thread (to sew on the toppings)

Difficulty
This is an easy pattern for crocheters who are confident with basic stitches and frequently used amigurumi techniques (ch, sc, sc2tog, sl st, magic ring, color change). The pattern is written in English using US crochet terminology.
