Plastic Bag Dispenser
The Dispenser is a useful household item that measures approx. 14” long & 5.5” wide, and is capable of holding 12-14 plastic grocery bags.
It is sturdy and holds its shape well, even after being filled. Its top is partially tapered, making it quick & easy to either add, or grab, more bags from the top. The bottom is constructed in a manner so that you can pull an individual bag easily due to its stretchy nature.
The use of a few special stitches adds a pretty and detailed texture so it can be on full display in your kitchen or pantry.
The pattern is 5 pages long & is written in U.S. terminology. It is recommended for intermediate level.
Techniques used:
ch, sc, hdc, back post half double crochet, crossed double crochet, puff stitch, bobble stitch, working into the 3rd loop.
Materials needed:
7 oz of worsted weight cotton yarn. (I used 2 skeins of Hobby Lobby, I Love This Cotton)
3.5 mm hook
A ponytail holder that measures approx. 2.5” when folded in half.
