A wavy edge is the focal point of this lightweight top. Poetic Cosmopolite is perfect for summer, but also great for layering with a cool jacket or a romantic cardigan.

NOTES ON CONSTRUCTION
Poetic Cosmopolite is knitted seamlessly from the bottom up, starting with a slightly flared lace hem and completed with a Stockinette body. The back of the top is lowered with a few short rows and the body is a gentle A-line shape. The armholes of the front piece are intentionally knit longer so that the shoulder seams sit slightly back. The edges of my sample are unfinished, but the pattern offers an edging option if you prefer so.
Whether you prefer working the lace pattern with charts or written instructions, this pattern has got you covered.
My sample was knitted in fingering weight yarn, in a mix of silk and linen. But it works equally well in wool, cotton, linen, silk or any mixture of them.
