This is a digital download for the “Pointed Paths Crochet Sweater Pattern”.
This pattern is written with row by row instructions, with many photos included throughout the pattern. Each of the eight sizes has its own section within the pattern PDF. This is top-down, raglan style sweater. This pattern includes back shaping, which raises the back of the neckline.
This is an advanced level pattern. Crochet techniques used include Chain, Slip Stitch, Foundation Single Crochet, Single Crochet, Half Double Crochet, Double Crochet, Front Post Treble Crochet, as well as increases and decreases.
Materials: For my sweater I used Knit Picks “Palette” Yarn. This is a fingering weight (14wpi) yarn. The yarn requirement by size is as follows:
Size 1: 410 grams (1730 meters / 1894 yards)
Size 2: 490 grams (2068 meters / 2264 yards)
Size 3: 580 grams (2448 meters / 2680 yards)
Size 4: 675 grams (2849 meters / 3119 yards)
Size 5: 780 grams (3292 meters / 3604 yards)
Size 6: 885 grams (3735 meters / 4089 yards)
Size 7: 985 grams (4157 meters / 4551 yards)
Size 8: 1100 grams (4642 meters / 5082 yards)
Finished Measurements: This design is intended to be made with 6-12 inches/15-30 cm of positive ease. The finished dimensions by size are:
Size 1: Body Circumference: 30 inches/76 cm, Body Length: 23 inches/58 cm, Sleeve Length: 16 inches/41 cm
Size 2: Body Circumference: 35 inches/89 cm, Body Length: 24 inches/61 cm, Sleeve Length: 17 inches/43 cm
Size 3: Body Circumference: 40 inches/102 cm, Body Length: 25 inches/64cm, Sleeve Length: 18 inches/46 cm
Size 4: Body Circumference: 45 inches/114 cm, Body Length: 26.5 inches/67 cm, Sleeve Length: 19 inches/48 cm
