This hat is based on the design of the hat worn by the male avatar in the mobile game Pokemon Go, but it is not just a male beanie! The pattern includes a description of the teams within the game if you are unfamiliar with the game to help with color selection.

The pattern is unisex and gives instruction for both child and adult sizes. Please note this pattern is written for being worked in the round. It utilizes an i-cord which may be new for inexperienced knitters, but is explained within the body of the pattern and linked to a video tutorial. This pattern also incorporates stranded color knitting from a chart for which I also provide video tutorial links.
