These socks were inspired by the sin of pride and you can sure be proud wearing these cabled socks! Knit from the top down the cables flow out for the cuff onto the front and back of the leg. The cable on the back of the leg separates to make room for the heel increases. The Pride socks feature a strong heel.

The pattern is available in size small (60 stitch cast on), size medium (64 stitch cast on), large (68 stitch cast on) and extra large (72 stitch cast on).

The gauge is 9 stitches per inch and 11 rows per inch with 2.5 mm (US 1) needles in stockinette.

Sample was knit using Gründl Hot Socks Uni 4-fach superwash (210 meters (230 yards) per 50 grams - 75% wool/25% polyamide) in colour 08 (brown). Sample has a 9¼ inch foot (23 cm) and used 62 grams (260 meters (285 yards)) of yarn.
