PRISCILLA is a easy knitting pattern for knitters who are little more than beginners.
You are ready if you know how to pick up stitches, make increases and decreases and sew using the invisible seaming technique.

Language: English

OVERVIEW:

  • We will knit the BACK and the FRONT separately, putting the stitches of the last row on hold.
  • We will pick up stitches from the armpit to the collar of the shirt, both on right and left side, both on front and back panel.
  • On the second row we will increase stitches and, starting from here, we will work the sleeves in garter stitch.
  • We will sew the right sleeve.
  • We will pick up stitches along the entire profile of the neckline and then we will work the ribbed border.
  • We will sew the right shoulder and finally the two sides.

The pattern is complete with written instructions and video tutorials.

Before we begin, I’d like to give you some simple pointers:

First, read the whole text. On the last page you will find the reference measurements for the various sizes. Choose yours, considering that the top has a fairly soft fit. Isolate instructions in text, underlining them or highlighting them with a different color.
If you find that you do not know the techniques used, watch the video tutorials now. Scan the QR you find next to the explanations and access, without any registration, to canva.com, in view-only mode.
It is always important to make a small gauge swatch with the yarn you have chosen. Check that, with the same number of stitches and rows, your gauge matches ours. If not, try to increase or decrease the tension while working or, even, to change the needles size.

HAPPY KNITTING!
