Whether you are new to lace knitting or an old hand at it, the Prospects Cowl and Shawlette should shoot to the top of your to-knit list. Using worsted weight yarn, these projects work up quick for when you need a cowl for a frosty day outside or a snuggly shawlette to drape around your shoulders while drinking a mug of tea.

The pattern includes instructions for making a cowl or a shawlette. The cowl is first worked flat from center back then joined and worked in the round until reaching the bottom edge. The shawlette is worked flat from the center back to the bottom edge. Shown in cowl version. This pattern is fully charted.

Errata: Chart 4, row 17, stitch 13 should be a center double decrease.
