Gauge: 23sts x 32rows = 4 inches stockinette using US size 4 / 3.5mm needles

Needles: US size 3 / 3.25mm 16” circular needles, US size 4 / 3.5mm 16” circular needles, US size 4 double pointed needles, or size needed to maintain gauge.

Sizes: Child (head circumference 16-20”) Adult (head circumference 20-24”)
