There is something very magical about pussy willows. They seem very dreamy. In the winter I like to dream of wee folk playing in their branches with catkin hats.

Construction
The body is knit in the round from the bottom to the top. The arms are knit in one piece and slid into place. The head is a wooden bead that stays in place with a pipe cleaner. The yarn hair is added with a tapestry needle.

Supplies
12 mm wooden beads (I use both light and dark colored beads for a diversity of dolls), pipe cleaners, optional wire cutters for cutting pipe cleaner to size. I used worsted because I like the firm fabric, but they look cute in any sized yarn. For the hats I used mystery fluffy grey yarn from my stash.
