The Pussyhat Project started as a protest movement in the US after the election of Donald Trump for president. The pink pussyhat has become a collective symbol for women’s rights.

You can of course make a Pussyhat in any color you like or put tassels or pompoms on the ears. The shape of the hat is very simple – you just make a rectangle.
