Welcome to my Rainbow Flower Vintage-inspired Crochet Coaster Pattern.

The pattern is aimed both at relatively new crocheters and more advanced workers. I am a crochet teacher and patterns are only developed after having been used in workshops and ‘tested’ on my lovely students!

My photos use DK Stylecraft Special Yarn and each round of instructions is colour coded with the appropriate yarn colour to make things easier. I use 5 colours (red (2m); yellow (3m); green (3m); blue (6m) and magenta (6m)) and have a kit available made up of small skeins of these on ebay if you prefer.

Any stitches beyond chain and treble have detailed instructions in written; pattern speak and photographic form. If you have completed a Granny Square then you’ll be fine with this pattern. If you are a more experienced crocheter you’ll find an interesting pattern with a range of stitch groupings.
