The simple colorwork pattern worked using the technique Vertical Stranding lends itself to fun and easy color play. Plus Vertical Stranding will not affect gauge or stretchability of sock, as no stranding is required. Make two that match or let your rivers ramble on your whim.

These striking socks are started from the toe and knit up using the Bosnian toe method modified for a more contemporary look.

A traditional heel is worked with heel flap situated under the heel.

The pattern calls for 350-450 yds sock weight yarn in Main Color. 100 yds of a second contrasting color and 20 yds in a third color are also required.
