Ray's Guernsey
This is very simple pattern for beautiful traditional Guernsey.
No cables and other “tricky” stitches, all is done just with Knit and Purl stitches.
The Guernsey is seamless - , and have just a bit picking up - neckline and sleeves.
Good project for the First Guernsey.
I’ve used superwash merino DK, instead of traditional 5ply yarn, as is soft and easy to care and wear. Also, have a great stitch definition, and is easy to knit with.
Figured Guernsey is made in L size, and I’ve used 18x50gr balls to make it.
In my blog, you can find follow up s, with new stitches and patterns and more tricks and tips.
Kit is available through my Etsy store in black, cocoa( as figured) and grey color.
