Razzmatazz fits the average adult head measuring 21 to 23 inches in circumference. The brim is flexible and stretches to fit wearer. This project was knit from a bulky yarn that was hand-spun in a thick and thin fashion, but any bulky yarn will do. Pattern includes very detailed instructions. Email and Skype support are available if needed, but doubtful.
