This is a basic beanie, knit in the round, and has a nice formula that you can easily tweak to suit any stitch pattern.

Sizing:
Small: 20cm long, 12cm wide, fits head circumference of ~50cm
Medium: 23cm long, 15cm wide, fits head circumference of ~58cm
Large: 25cm long, 17cm wide, fits head circumference of ~64cm
Instructions are for Small size, with Medium and Large in brackets

Materials:
1 x 100g cowgirlblues Aran Weight mohair/wool yarn
4mm short cable circular needle (or similar to get tension)
8 stitch markers

Gauge:
10x10cm = 24 st and 24 rows knit in rib

Finishing:
Cut your yarn and using a darning needle thread it through the remaining 8 stitches, slipping them off the needle as you work around. Pull your yarn tight to close the hole in the crown, secure it with a few stitches then thread away the ends.
Turn your beanie inside out … I always treat the inside as the “right” side … then hand wash, squeeze or spin dry, lay flat and block gently. (I use a steam iron to gently press to shape while it’s still damp.)

Happy knitting!
