The bloomers are worked from top-down in the round.
The waist ribbing is started as a provisional cast on, then folded and connected. Then short rows are worked to shape the back rise.
To shape leg opening, work is divided as front and back and worked separately. The ribbing competed separately for each leg opening, folded, and grafted to the wrong side of the garment. Ties are completed as i-cord after the bloomers are finished.
