Why do I call it Ridges?

Because this reversible scarf has an amazing ridge and ripple effect.

Designed with only one row to remember throughout the entire scarf makes this not only fun and simple but very versatile.

You can easily adjust this row of knitting to suit any yarn weight and needles you have.

Endless possibilities to work with your stash!

For another one row scarf pattern see AIR Scarf .

Measurements: Unblocked: approximately 19 cm/7.5” wide x 114 cm/45” long.

Gauge: Unblocked: 13.5 stitches x 21 rows in pattern = 10 cm/4” square.
Gauge is not critical but will affect size and yardage.

Yarns used: Malabrigo Noventa, Bulky (7wpi), 100% Superwash Wool. 125 grams, 82 m/90 yards.

Colour (A) 1 full skein # 009 Polar Moon.
Colour (B) 1 full skein # 033 Cereza.

The amounts of yarn used are based on my sample but will depend on the yarn chosen, variations in yarn thickness of each colour, your personal gauge/tension and any changes made. With this design I simply knit until I ran out of each colour.

Needles and supplies:
9 mm/US 13 needles or size needed to obtain gauge.
Locking marker.
