Pattern Description:
It’s a wrap! Relax as you knit through the peacefulness of the current’s ebb and flow with this single and double yarn over wrap wave pattern stitch. The Rippling Current Shawl adds intriguing texture and dimension to your wardrobe. Knit on size 7 needles in Koigu Kersti Merino Crepe, a luxurious DK weight yarn in glorious hand painted colors. Kersti’s high twist gives it a crisp, lively feel and highlights the soft, plush texture of the Merino. Malabrigo Rios, Ultimate Sock or Sock yarns combine wearability and washability with an extensive and irresistible color range in Superwash Merino. Jody Long Andeamo Lite or Andeamo Lite Painted both offer another lovely yarn option. They are squishy with 85% wool for flexibility and 15% alpaca for softness in a lightly spun two-ply that’s a dream to knit. Pull together any outfit with the Rippling Current Shawl. Keep it stylishly in place with JUL Designs new Button-hole Leather Strap featuring the Modern Ornate Triangle Stud Button.
