The pattern has written instructions AND a chart.

This is a great first project in the round for a novice because the bulky yarn makes it easy to join without twisting accidentally. It’s a quick knit for an intermediate knitter - but far more interesting than a plain cowl. It’s an ideal last-minute gift for both men and women.

Worked in Spud & Chloe outer, a wool/cotton mix, it is perfect for mild weather or sensitive skins. Worked in one of the 100% wool options it is a comfortingly squishy knit.

Inspired by water rippling over pebbles on the bottom of a stream, the bulky yarn makes the simple texture stand out as it moves gently round the cowl.
