The Rory Bonnet is worked over a stockinette base with some eyelets and purl ridges added to frame those little faces which also makes this a quick & fun knit. This bonnet has instructions for two sizes and as a bonus it is reversible! Finishing touches include a darling crochet brim and long knit ties.

Sizing
True newborn size & sitter size. Will fit average newborn head with a head circumference of 13”-14.5” and a 6-9 month baby with head circumference of 16-18”

Yarn
DK weight yarn: main color of baby alpaca (1 ball) and contrast color of angora (1 ball)
Suggestions are Plymouth Baby Alpaca DK and Plymouth Angora. Other suggestions listed in pattern.

Needles
US 5 DPNs or circular needles (or size to obtain gauge)
US 6 DPNs (only two needed)
