“The body of this tee is worked in the round,” explains Love, “and then divided under the arms for front and back, which are then worked back and forth in seed stitch. A band of seed stitch followed by a band of stocking stitch creates a deep, slightly fitted waist without the need for decreases. The cap sleeves, which slope from the shoulders, are enhanced with a series of increases along the outer edge of the cuff towards the shoulder creating a deep, comfortable cap.” The ease of making utterly belies the sleek, trim effect here. Underarms and shoulders are the only wee seams. Summer Tweed packs really well, too (hint, hint). (from Patternfish description)
