The idea for this cute wrap came about looking at “ruffled edges” on garments.
With a few trials, I came up with a garment that with a little more work, gave a lot of look!
Works as a cowl, a capelet, a scarf and a short wrap--see the ideas in the photos.
Variegated and yarns with longer color repeats work well….you get a great striped effect with little effort.
Worsted wt. yarns are recommended, they work up quickly on size 101/2 needles!!
The simple design of this works well in so many different ways, using a scarf, shawl pin or Icord, it changes the look.

Short rows and I-cord are used in this project.
