The Ruke dotty line is a group of knitting patterns that includes four designs. These four designs have a common yoke and body parts that are worked using the Dotty line stitch pattern. This group contains of two slipovers and two sweaters with different hems. Ruke dotty line knits are oversize hip-length garments with crew neck. All projects are worked from the top to bottom using 4mm circular needles. Wide armholes and the Hem with slits give a free movement. Once the laces are shrinked, garment sits beautifully on the waist and reminds the style of 90’s.
Following the global trends and responding to society’s need to live in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way, the goal was to create a knitting pattern that would fit these values. Instead of buying 4 different knitting patterns, that would have a bigger digital data load and which would lead to undirect impact on the environment, the knitting instruction was shrinked and adapted to knit 4 designs in the same idea.
As you may have noticed, some designers publish separate knitting patterns for the sweater, for the same design vest, and publish some other new patterns by making minor changes that doesn’t create a value.
Within these instructions, you’ll discover four designs. Throughout the knitting process, you’ll have the flexibility to select your preferred finishing, resulting in a distinct garment without requiring the purchase of an additional pattern.
