S.A.A.R.H (pronounced SARAH) - stands for Symmetrical Almost Asymmetrical Ribbed Hat
I wanted a slouchy ribbed hat, that I could also fold up at the brim. But I wanted the stitches to line up when the brim was folded up - knits to knits and purls to purls. Basically 2 hats in 1.
The asymmetrical part is when the brim is unfolded. The stitches are shifted over by one stitch.
I think it is a simple design, but very versatile. You can wear it on your everyday adventures, or wear it on a special occasion with that nice wool coat you have. :)
