Thus is one of the kind pattern Rose and Window, that was made on May 06 2024. The crocheted picture of that day. A square of 12 santimeters. I used the smaller hook than it is recommended, so it would look like a lace. After finishing I starched the lace, made it stiff.
To make a sachet you will need two parts and a square of satin, silk or linen, filled with what is fragrant(mine is filled with wormwood). I discovered that a see-through silk is a very good fabric for sachets and I am using it for this one. The wormwood sachet are rare, but their fragrance is very noble, longlasting and I believe would combine well with some essential oils. The fabric square should be smaller 11 cm x 11 cm. The colors for this sachet are light beige for the lace and dark brown for the silk part.
The last row description( attaching one part to another): for 3 sides of the squares repeat 6 single crochet in first 4 chains 5, next chain 3, next 8 double crochet in chain 8, next chain 3 and repeat 6 single crochet in next 4 chains 5.
Four corners are made of chain 4, 6 double crochet, chain 4. The middle 8 cm are crocheted in the same way but only for the top square, to insert the herbs.
The whole pattern is not very complicated, for experienced crafter it would take about an hour to make one part. The only difficulty is to crochet as tight as possible. Perhaps it needless to mention that I would be more than happy to help with any difficulty on this chart.
