One of these tiaras was first seen as part of my “Sweater Saturn” fully-crocheted Sailor Saturn cosplay. And here’s how to make your own!

The awesome PDF file explains how to make this pretty easy tiara that was inspired by the tiaras worn by the Sailor Scouts from Sailor Moon. There are also pictures of each step to help you!

Skills Needed: chain stitch, slip stitch, single crochet, single crochet decrease; understanding of common abbreviations
ch - chain
sl - slip stitch
sc - single crochet
sc2tog - single crochet two together (decrease)
st, sts - stitch, stitches

Tools Needed: size F crochet hook, yarn needle

Materials: Caron Simply Soft Yarn (or yarn of similar weight) in ‘Sunshine,’ ‘Gold,’ and your chosen gem colors, plus a small length of white

Finished tiaras are attached with simple yarn ties, these can be made long and then trimmed to fit most all heads. The tiara will measure 7-inches across in the front and the band is approximately 1-inch.
