The Saint-Rémy hat is worked flat from the bottom up and then seamed. The brim features a modified Bee Stitch patterning and the main body of the hat contains different star motifs made with eyelets, slipped stitches and Daisy Stitch. There is no need to cut the CC between rows so long as you carry it loosely up the edge.
