San Marco socks
Piazza San Marco is one of the most iconic spots of Venice. The basilica frames the east end of the piazza. The façade is decorated with gold and blue, and the statues of San Marco and angels frame the roofs. The cupolas reflect the setting sun when the shadows grow longer. Take a chair in one of the caffetterias on the piazza, listen to the bells, and imagine the times of the Venetian empire.
These fingering weight socks are knit toe up with a short row heel. The San Marco lace that reflects the cupolas of the basilica, runs from the toe up through the leg. A stretchy BO gives the cuff a pleasant feeling.
