If I ask my husband what he’d like me to knit for him, he’ll usually say a “scarfy scarf” - by which he means a fairly plain long scarf.

To be honest, that’s not usually my favourite thing to knit, but luckily, the stitch and the gorgeous colour changes in the Akari yarn kept me motivated for this one (each one made in about 3-4 days, usually a scarf takes me 2-4 weeks !!! )

And I’m happy to report that he now has a scarf he likes !!
(the fruit pastilles version)

You can make this with virtually any yarn. I’ve included a sizing table for 3 gauges and added some other tips.

The finished scarf is reversible (2 different sides, both pleasing) - doesn’t matter if both sides show, there is no “wrong side”.
