This Scrap 2-in-1 Hat pattern includes instructions for two styles: a bobble beanie and a fitted fisherman hat. Both versions are knit flat on straight needles using worsted weight yarn and a simple 14-row repeat, making this a beginner-friendly project that is easy to customize with scrap yarn or planned colour combinations.

The pattern includes children’s and adult sizes and can be worked in a variety of colour arrangements. Use leftover yarn for a stash-busting project or choose a coordinated palette for a more polished, finished look. Contrasting stripes between sections help tie the design together while allowing flexibility in colour choices.

A video tutorial is included showing how to work in yarn ends while knitting, helping to reduce finishing work when using multiple colours. The PDF is 8 pages long and uses 4 mm (US 6) knitting needles and worsted weight yarn.
