~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Scrivener is a crescent garter shawl in two sizes with a touch of lace knitting followed by some knitted lace! The shawl is worked from the top down beginning with a garter stitch main body section followed by a lace inset, and finally a lace edging. The edging has lace patterning that is knitted on both the right and wrong sides of the work. Doodling brought the inspiration for this shawl. Sometimes, when the mind wanders free…
The lace patterns are both written and charted.
