This flowery crochet placemat pattern has 3 sizes, small, medium and large so you can make your placemat or table mat any size you need.

Materials Needed:
130-250 yards Knit Picks Shine Sport in White, or Yarn Bee Fresh Haven in “Optic White”
4.5mm hook, or hook needed to obtain gauge
Yarn needle
Scissors

Stitches Used:
ch = chain
sl st = slip stitch
sc = single crochet
dc = double crochet

Additional Terms:
3dc cluster: YO, insert hook into stitch, pull up a loop, YO, draw through 2 loops (1st stitch of cluster made), YO, insert hook into same st, pull up a loop, YO draw through 2 loops (2nd st of cluster made), YO, insert hook into same st, pull up a loop, YO draw through 2 loops (3rd st of cluster made), YO, draw through all loops on hook.
Cross stitch (crossed double crochet): sk st, dc in next st, cross over st just made and dc in skipped st.
Cross Stitch Increase (crossed double crochet increase): dc in next unworked st, cross over st just made, dc in previous st.
st/sts = stitch/stitches
sp/sps = space/spaces

Gauge:
With 4.5mm hook, just under 6 1/2” across after round 8.

Measurements:
Small: 7 1/2” across
Medium: 12” across
Large: 16 1/4” across

Additional Notes:
-Ch 1 at beginning of round does not count as stitch
-The directions for the placemats all start out the same, but  you will stop at certain rounds if you want a small, medium or large placemat. See the notes in the pattern on where to stop. Continue to the next round if you want the next size up.
