Ethereal as moonlight on snow, Sélénite is an airy stole full of light, knitted in white mohair held single, whose delicate lace evokes the fragile crystals of a lunar mineral. Its transparency catches the light and gives it an almost unreal shimmer.

The lightness of the yarn is punctuated, here and there, by contrasting rows, like so many colored fragments come to disturb the immaculate whiteness. These glints, knitted with three mini-skeins in chosen shades, create a soft, unexpected rhythm, a discreet common thread through this vaporous piece.

Sélénite is a stole to admire as much as to wear — a celestial breath, mysterious and ever-changing, bringing a touch of clarity and poetry to winter.
