Skill Level: Low Intermediate/Advanced Beginner

Cowl Dimensions: 50” (127cm) circumference and 8” (20cm) in length from base to top (blocked)

Gauge: 18 sts and 30 rows = 4 inches (10cm) in Stockinette Stitch (unblocked, slightly stretched)

Materials:

  • Size US 7 (4.5mm) needles or size needed to obtain gauge
  • Crochet hook (optional for cast on only)
  • Scrap yarn
  • 6 stitch markers (optional)
  • Tapestry needle
  • Second pair of US 7/4.5mm needles or US 7/4.5mm double pointed needle if doing three-needle bind-off

Yarn: approx. 300 yards (274m) of sport weight yarn. Used in photos: Malabrigo Yarn Arroyo (Colorway: Chircas)
