The St. Olaf College Sesqui mitten adult bundle includes left and right hand charted patterns for three designs: Shield, Boe, and 150.

Knit two of the same pattern, or knit one for the left and one for the right.

The bundle includes total of 12 charted patterns: 6 for
small and medium sizes (The Ole) and an additional 6 for large and x-large sizes (The Lion). Mittens can be made with a short or long (folded-over) cuff and can easily be tweaked for length and width.

In all, there are many customizable elements to allow each mitten to showcase individual St. Olaf experiences and connections. A marking guide is included for those who want to personalize their mittens.

All of the Sesqui patterns are designed using Rauma yarn, which is a very popular Norwegian wool. All mittens use a Main Color (MC), a Contrast Color (CC), and an optional Accent Color (AC). The adult mitten patterns use Rauma Vams or Finull (double stranded).

Depending on the size, you will need:

Sizes small and large use: US 2 | US 3 double pointed needles
Sizes medium and x-large use: US 2 | US 4 double pointed needles
