Named after a cozy inn in Vermont’s Seyon Lodge State Park and designed to coordinate with the Seyon Lodge Cowl, these mittens feature a mirrored pattern that allows the colorful lining to peek through. This is a great opportunity to use that special skein of handspun or your favorite farmer’s market find. The mittens are knit from the cuff up and the lining is picked up and knit directly off the mitten. Choose something soft and luxurious for the lining!

Finished Size: At the stated gauge, these mittens fit an average to large woman’s hand. If you would like them to be a woman’s small, work the mitten pattern as written with a US size 4 (3.5 mm) needle instead (or one size smaller than gauge needle). Directions are also given for shortening the mitten.
