Note
Start knitting from the center of the back. First, work the pattern stitch back and forth, then knit stockinette stitch back and forth near the arm area. For the sleeves, switch to smaller needles and knit in the round, finishing the cuffs with ribbing. Part of the cuff is worked back and forth to create a thumb hole. Knit the other side in the same way.

背中の真ん中から編みはじめます。まずは往復で模様編みを、腕に近い部分に往復でメリヤス編みを編む。袖は、さらに針の号数を小さくして輪で編み、袖口はゴム編みをする。袖口は一部往復編みで編み、親指穴をあける。反対側にも同様に編む。
