She Who Stays Up at Night
Origin Story
As knitters we are weavers, creating garments of loops and whorls. We are Ariadne constructing labyrinths with threads of love and time and dedication.
We whisper to the night, “one more row” and the pattern repeats.
Before long a drape of fabric alights our needles and wraps our shoulders, a comforting a sigh of fibre.
Yarn
Colour A: Body – fluff 50g 300mts approx.
Colour B: Border – fluff 50g 300mts approx.
Needles
4.5mm (or needle size required to get gauge)
Markers

Notes on Construction
This shawl is worked flat. The end product is a symmetrical triangle.
Notes on Gauge
For this project gauge was determined pre-blocking. It is important to ensure you’ve achieved the correct gauge to ensure the BODY section can worked with only one skein (300mts approx.) of fluff yarn.
