This pattern is for The Shelly Belly Halter Crop Top.

This piece features the crochet shell stitch (2dc v-stitch) upfront and center of this super cute crop top. A versatile piece that can be dressed up or just as easily be beachwear.

The pattern is written for the beginner crocheter and works up pretty quickly.
