The Sidewalk Socks feature plain stockinette on one side and seed stitch on the other! Each sock is a mirror image of the other, resembling a cobble road with a sidewalk.

Techniques
• Long-tail cast on (or your preferred cast on method)
• Seed stitch
• Heel flap and gusset
• Kitchener stitch

Materials
• Approx. 100g sock yarn
o I used the colorway Sand and Surf by Gypsy Soul Fibers (80% Superwash Merino Wool / 20% Nylon).
• 2.75 mm (US size 2) 9” (23 cm) circular needles (optional, but I recommend 9” (23 cm) circulars for the foot of the sock to avoid ladders!) (or size required for gauge)
• 2.75 mm (US size 2) DPN’s or 32” (80 cm) needles for magic loop (for toe and heel) (or size required for gauge)
• Stitch markers (4) and darning needle
• Ruler or tape measure

Note: All directions are for both socks unless otherwise stated.
