Sigrid Sweater
About Sigrid sweater:
Sigrid sweater is worked in a textured cable pattern from the top down. It is knitted holding two strands of mohair yarn together, making it light and airy, suitable for most seasons.
First, the back piece is worked and shaped using short rows. Stitches are then picked up for the front pieces at each shoulder. The front is worked in two sections, and on each side a double-knitted button band is added. The front pieces, back piece, and button bands are then joined, and the body is worked in the round on circular needles. Stitches are picked up for the sleeves, which are knitted in the round from the top down. Finally, a ribbed collar is worked and 4 buttons are added.
