This pattern will help you create an adorable, soft baby hat. The pattern has a lovely ribbing and it looks great with or without a pom-pom on top. There are 4 sizes: Newborn, 0-6m, 6-12m, 1-3yrs.

You will need one skein of Lion Brand Feels Like Butta. Colors pictured are Charcoal and Sage. You will need an I (5.5mm) crochet hook.

I find that this yarn is a thinner worsted yarn, so if you are subbing, I suggest another thinner worsted such as Caron Simply Soft. Definitely check the gauge for this pattern, as I am a natural tight crocheter, so if you crochet more loosely, you may need a smaller hook size.

If you are making a pom for the top, I like to use dental floss or embroidery thread to tighten the pom together. It helps with the little pieces that like to fall out!
