Simple Tunic Sweater
This is a pattern for a straightforward tunic style sweater with raglan sleeves and a simple boat neck. The sizing is very versatile and is designed to be worn baggy but could also be worn more fitted.
There are only two sizes to this pattern as they are very versatile sizes and will fit many body sizes and shapes. Decide which size you would like to make based on how baggy you would like the sweater to be.
Any DK weight yarn. The pattern was written using Mode at Rowan Alpaca Cotton yarn. This is a lovely soft and light yarn blended from 57% alpaca and 43% cotton.
For the small size you will need 8 x 50g balls (approx.1000m) and for the large size you will need 10 x 50g balls (approx.1200m)
You will also need a pair of 3.75mm straight knitting needles, a pair of 4.0mm straight knitting needles, stitch holders and a sewing up needle with large eye.
