Simply EZ PZ Shawl is a quick little shawl to knit. It is a shallow, triangle shape.

It starts at the top, and stitches are increased. Working in stockinette stitch, the shawl quickly begins to grow in size. At any point, you can begin the simple lace section (which has both written directions and a chart), and repeat the lace as many rows as you like - making this shawl a great gift item, and it’s also great to use up as much of the precious skein as possible!

Designer used a vintage, tweed, 100% fingering weight wool (blue sample in photos), approximately 440 yards per 100 grams, and size 8 needles. Any yarn can be used with success! Blue sample used less than 100 grams and measures 25” deep by 80” across after heavy blocking.

Brown version was made with an aran weight yarn, Elann.com Limited Edition Picasso, and size 11 needles. Less than 3 skeins were used, and the sample measures 20” deep by 75” across, after light blocking.
