Singidunum
“Before you start looking for happiness, check - you might already be happy.” - Duško Radović
A shawl is one of those pieces you always reach for; it’s practical, comforting, and endlessly adaptable. Whether draped over shoulders or wrapped around neck, it’s both a necessity and a touch of everyday luxury.
The last one in the Shawls for YU collection is named after my hometown, Belgrade, once known as Singidunum. The asymmetrical shawl design begins with an airy lace, followed by a leaf border that brings balance and flow.
The pattern is suitable for advanced beginners ready to explore a bit of lace, and includes both written and chart instructions.
