This shawl pattern is a simple combination of a couple of lace designs giving it a soft flowing feel, and with the use of a lush colored superwash merino wool the softness doesn’t end there.The main body is a 14 row, 10 stitch repeat, easily remembered even with my scattered brain. But don’t let the written and charted pattern get too far from reach for those “Now where was I” times.
The DK weight yarn and # 7 needles gives this project a short start to finish time frame. If you want your lace stitches to really show off, use a wool or wool blend for the best blocking results.
Adjusting the length for your preference is easily accomplished by adding or deleting the pattern repeat rows.
