This beautiful, large, warm shawl is inspired by autumn - the glorious colours of the Zemplén forests.

Sleepy Maple is an asymmetric triangle shawl. Starting from one tip and working your way through to the opposite side, you alternate blocks of garter stitch and large openwork stitch pattern. The large openwork stitch pattern is quick and easy to make!

In this video you can see how to work the large openwork stitch pattern.
