The Sloeberry Shawl is a textured knit inspired by the slender leaves and dark berries of the blackthorn plant. Traveling and wrapped stitches mimic the look of cables without adding bulk or using extra yarn. Miniature Japanese faux cables trace the edges and weave through the leaf motifs. Berry-like nupps add playful charm, especially when paired with tassels at the shawl’s tips.
