Slow Bend is all about slowing down and easing in, whatever that means for you. For me, it’s breathing into each moment and finding comfort wherever I am. Taking in each moment as they come. How do you allow yourself to slow down?

Let this shawl will be a quiet reminder to slow down - while you’re making it and after.

Slow Bend is a crescent shawl worked up in a simple, clean design. The overall feel of the shawl makes it a versatile piece - it can easily be dressed up for a night out, or thrown on you run your errands.

The first half is worked in stockinette, with a couple of twisted rows interspersed throughout, while the second half incorporates a touch of texture and lace that catches the eye.

Here’s to slowing down!
